Yes. From any quotation or invoice, you can generate a downpayment invoice for a partial amount, then invoice the remaining balance once the project or delivery is complete. Payments and balances are tracked automatically as they come in.

Yes. Every new company account gets full access to Macra BMS free for 3 months, no card required. After the trial ends, you can subscribe to any plan to keep creating new quotations, invoices, receipts, budgets, and expenses. Everything you created during the trial stays fully accessible either way.

No, there are no setup fees. You only pay for the subscription plan you choose. We also offer free onboarding for Bi-Annual and Annual plans.
